1. Architecting a Proprietary Multi-Tenant CRM

  • The Constraint: Integrating with 3rd-party CRMs proved insufficient for the deep data collection required for high-fidelity financial modeling and automated client-facing applications.
  • The Solution: I engineered a custom, vertically-integrated CRM. This architecture allows for a seamless data-thread where a single lead entry automatically populates complex financial analysis models, client portals, and regulatory reports without the synchronization overhead or data-loss risks of external integrations.

  • The Constraint: In the highly regulated Swiss market, digital signatures for mandates and powers of attorney must meet strict legal standards (ZertES/eIDAS equivalent) to be clinical.
